*Job Title: Call Center Representative* Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-orientedCustomer Care Representativeto join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for both internal and external customers, providing exceptional service via phone and email. You will be responsible for resolving inquiries and issues efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
What You'll Do: * Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries-answering calls and emails related to orders, product details, pricing, and more. * Process orders and resolve complaints using our ERP system (Oracle) with accuracy and efficiency. * Monitor and respond to customer emails in a timely manner, ensuring service level goals are consistently met. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, trade compliance, regulatory affairs, supply chain, and sales to resolve customer issues. * Create and maintain customer accounts with attention to detail. * Participate in daily KPI meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. * Meet individual performance metrics such as call availability, talk time, and service levels. * Troubleshoot technical issues and prepare Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) when needed. * Proactively communicate potential challenges to leadership to ensure smooth operations. * * Essential Skills * Experience in customer tech support and optical technician roles. * Proficiency in call center operations, Oracle ERP system, and Microsoft Office. * Minimum of 1 year of customer service or technical experience. * Ability to type 30 words per minute. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Experience working with irate customers. * CRM/ERP experience. Why Work Here? Work Environment this is a fully onsite position Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Madison, Wisconsin. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
