What You'll Do As a key member of the Customer Support Team, you'll work closely with internal account managers and departments to ensure drivers and clients receive the support they need. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing a high volume of customer emails and case resolutions using Salesforce * Assisting with vehicle orders, billing updates, insurance card distribution, and driver data changes * Investigating and resolving unique customer issues (e.g., impounded vehicles, service questions) * Collaborating with internal departments via MS Teams to coordinate solutions * Making outbound follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction * Using multiple systems and databases to track, update, and resolve cases * Educating drivers on services and helping them navigate future needs What You Bring * 2+ years of office-based customer service experience * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Excellent grammar and email etiquette * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) * Strong typing skills (minimum 40 WPM - typing test required) * High attention to detail and a knack for research and problem-solving * Comfortable working across multiple monitors and systems * High school diploma or equivalent Bonus Points If You Have: * Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms * Familiarity with fleet services, logistics, or transportation Why You'll Love It Here You'll be part of a collaborative, supportive team where your contributions matter.
