Job Summary Working as theExecutive Chef at The Crossvines, you will oversee all culinary operations for our dynamic dining program. This includes leading a talented kitchen team, developing seasonal menus, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and sanitation. You'll manage all back-of-house functions, from cost controls and inventory, all while delivering a memorable experience for every guest. Key Responsibilities Manage and inspire a team of associates, creating a positive, growth-oriented kitchen culture. Plan and create seasonal, innovative menus. Manage cost controls, inventory, and purchasing to achieve financial goals and maintain profitability. Roll out new culinary programs and initiatives in conjunction with marketing and culinary leadership teams. Partner with event and FOH teams to deliver exceptional food and service. Oversee all kitchen sanitation and safety standards in compliance with local and company guidelines. Ensure every dish meets culinary standards and guest expectations. Preferred Qualifications Culinary degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered. 3-5 years of progressive culinary management experience, including leadership roles. High-volume restaurant experience required. Proven track record in cost control and budget management. Passion for locally sourced, seasonal ingredients and innovative menu development.
