Contribute to building a powerhouse team in the newly formed Growth Office of consumer-centric, business-building marketers. Help strategically shape the future portfolio of Campbell's by originating and producing compelling creative content. Lead development of an in-house Brand Studio designed to deliver creative work that is better, cheaper, faster, and more impactful. Drive the integration of cutting-edge technologies, including AI, into the creative process to revolutionize content production.
What you will do...
Lead the creative content strategy and ideation process for the in-house studio. Maintain a constant pulse on consumer trends and food culture to inform fresh, relevant content ideas. Integrate data and consumer insights to deliver best-in-class creative concepts tied to broader business objectives. Formulate sound content strategies and ensure flawless execution across media, partnerships, owned channels, social, e-commerce, and brand experiences/events. Define KPIs that align with enterprise-level business metrics and collaborate with the Marketing Performance team to monitor asset performance and optimize content. Create clear, persuasive marketing communications materials for internal stakeholders that convey content vision and performance insights.
Who you will work with...
AVP, Campbell's Brand Studio and the broader CMO organization within the Growth Office. Cross-functional partners including the CE team, Social team, E-commerce team, and subject-matter experts across Meals & Beverages and Snacks divisions. External agencies-to build on their creative concepts and accelerate business growth. Marketing Performance team-defining success metrics, monitoring in-market performance, and driving continuous improvement.
What you bring to the table... (Required Skills)
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing activation, communications planning, advertising, channel expertise (paid, owned, earned), or content development. Track record of developing and executing internally-concepted content ideas that drove business growth. Strong strategic-thinking skills with the ability to translate consumer insights into creative ideas. Proven ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams to define problems, develop solutions, and drive decisions. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inform, influence, and negotiate across functions and levels. Passion for food and cooking.
It would be nice if you have... (Preferred Skills)
Experience or passion for integrating AI into the creative process. Background in consumer packaged goods, particularly food and beverages. Deep knowledge of social and e-commerce content strategies with a focus on organic growth. Experience building or scaling an in-house creative studio. Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and continuous content optimization.
Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $137,800-$198,100
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
