What you will do...
Keep a constant pulse on consumer behavior and food culture to spark fresh content ideas. Fuse data and consumer insights into best-in-class creative concepts and strategies. Partner with subject-matter experts to ideate and execute content across media, partnerships, owned channels, social, ecommerce, events, and more. Define and track KPIs that align with broader business goals, then monitor asset performance and optimize content in real time. Craft clear, compelling internal communications that articulate content vision, strategy, and results.
Who you will work with...
Assistant Director, Content Strategy, within the Campbell's Brands Studio team. Cross-functional partners in Consumer Engagement, Social, and Ecommerce teams. Marketing Performance team-aligning on metrics, reviewing performance, and driving continuous improvement. Subject-matter experts across Campbell Meals & Beverages and Campbell Snacks divisions.
What you bring to the table... (Required Skills)
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Minimum 2 years of marketing/activation experience in communications planning, advertising, channel expertise (paid, owned, earned), or content development. Proven ability to originate original creative ideas and build on agency platforms to drive growth. Strong data-driven mindset paired with strategic-thinking and executional excellence. Experience with AI or a passion to become a leading voice in AI integration within the creative process. Excellent communication and presentation skills; adept at informing, influencing, and negotiating across all levels. Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Masterful storytelling skills to engage consumers and rally internal stakeholders.

Prior experience in the food industry and genuine passion for cooking. Hands-on knowledge of organic social and ecommerce content strategies. Background collaborating with performance marketing teams to leverage KPIs for content optimization. Familiarity with brand experiences or event-driven content activations.
Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $67,400-$96,800
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
