You'll play a critical role in executing special projects that drive quality decision-making for both clients and our brokerage professionals. This position demands precision, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights. Key Responsibilities: Financial Analysis & Modeling Develop sophisticated Excel-based analytical tools, including macro-enabled financial models Execute ad-hoc financial analysis to support deal evaluation and client advisory services Create and maintain valuation models using comprehensive market data Client Deliverables & Market Intelligence Prepare compelling offering materials for new assignments and business pursuits Research and analyze economic, demographic, and real estate market trends Develop presentation and pitch materials for high-stakes new business opportunities Document Analysis & Due Diligence Review and interpret complex real estate documents (leases, operating statements, environmental reports, appraisals) Prepare executive summary reports and abstracts for clients and prospects Analyze client portfolio data and legal documents as part of comprehensive due diligence processes Project Management & Reporting Serve as primary point of contact for project tracking, management, and reporting Coordinate deliverables across multiple stakeholders and timelines Ensure quality control and accuracy across all analytical outputs What We're Looking For: Essential Qualifications: Entry-level to 5+ years of commercial real estate experience Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Strong analytical skills with ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data into strategic recommendations Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within teams Strong multitasking capabilities with experience managing competing priorities under pressure Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field Experience with financial modeling and real estate analysis Familiarity with CRE industry standards and best practices Ready to Make an Impact?
