Staffmark is partnering with a respected and community-focused organization in search of a Transportation Call Center Specialist.

Pay: $20.00/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (1st Shift)

What You'll Do:



  • Support the Provider Services Manager and health team by sharing benefit information and ensuring policy compliance
  • Deliver compassionate and respectful service to all callers
  • Efficiently navigate internal systems to assist members with inquiries
  • Accurately document all customer interactions
  • Schedule transportation services for members with a focus on cost-efficiency and quality
  • Handle Express Requests and resolve transportation-related concerns
  • Follow HIPAA guidelines and the organization's Code of Conduct
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and professional office environment



What You Bring:



  • Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in navigating computer systems and multitasking
  • A customer-first mindset and attention to detail
