What You'll Do

As a Universal Banker, you'll be the go-to person for our customers-helping them with everyday banking needs, guiding them through account openings, and offering solutions that make their financial lives easier. You'll:

• Greet customers with warmth and professionalism
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Open and close accounts, and help customers choose the right products
• Support branch operations including vault and ATM management
• Spot opportunities to introduce helpful services and products
• Be a trusted resource for your team and your community

You're a natural communicator who enjoys working with people and solving problems. You're organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You may have experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service-and you're ready to take the next step.
