Outlet Store Clerk

Staffmark is hiring an Outlet Store Clerk to join the team at America's Largest Family Bakery! If you're friendly, organized, and love working with people, this is a great opportunity to grow with a supportive, customer-focused team.

Pay: $15.00/hour

Schedule:

• Sunday, Monday, Thursday | 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Friday | 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• One shift per week may be scheduled in Tontitown. All others will be at the Gentry store.

What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist customers with purchases and questions
• Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Restock shelves, rotate products, and maintain clean displays
• Set up signs and promotional displays
• Keep the store tidy, including cleaning cases and counters
• Move product from storage to sales floor as needed
• Track inventory and complete basic documentation

What You Bring:

• Customer service experience and a helpful attitude
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Comfortable with bending, reaching, climbing, or kneeling
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
