Responsibilities The Facility Operations Manager is responsible for maintaining the facility, all related equipment, departmental operations, and regulatory compliance. This position is also involved in planning, design, construction, finance management and project administration. The Facility Operations Manager coordinates repairs, remediations, renovations and small-scale construction projects with internal resources, operational stakeholders, and external resources to accomplish goals and carry out strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will understand, interpret, and implement technical requirements from a variety of regulatory compliance requirements and statutory code including but not limited to, THHS (Texas Health and Human Services), CMS (Centers of Medicaid and Medicare Services), NFPA (National Fire Protection Agency).
