Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Addison, TX. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Performs various accounting and clerical tasks related to the maintenance/processing of project-related budgets and records.
• Develop, maintain, and routinely monitor budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and accounting records and reports to ensure that business decisions are based on accurate and complete information.
• Responsible for maintaining the budget and coding for long-term VIP modification projects as assigned.
• Responsible for maintaining cash flow budget and record keeping for individual projects.
• Responsible for reporting to management regarding the project cash flow and budget to actual status.
• Responsible for monitoring pending invoices to be paid by the Company.
• Research and Report on any material variances in cash flow or budget to actual amounts.
• Responsible for monitoring the coding of line items within the project Work Orders.
• Responsible for calculating and monitoring the percentage of completion on the project.
• Maintains Amortization Schedules for any financed items related to the project.
• Reports upcoming cash activity daily to the Controller.
• Performs other duties or special projects as the Controller assigns.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $75,000 - $95,000 / year.

Hours: 40 hrs/Week.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Will need excellent organizational, time, and stress management skills to complete needed tasks.
