What you'll be doing...

Sr Analyst, Global Real Estate Operations is Verizon's front line, hands-on, first-responder person that is customer facing and responsible to manage daily real estate operations. Supervisor role requires follow-up and control working with Network Reliability local managers, defining scope of work for contractors, working with county and city officials and internal departments to ensure projects are clearly defined, brought to closure and deliverables met.

  • Developing internal and external customer relationships.

  • Proactive and preventive maintenance programs to avoid cost and equipment failures.

  • Defining scope of work of all capital and expense projects to ensure quality.

  • Interfacing with all contractors, government officials, and external and internal customers to ensure timely responses and healthy relationships are maintained.

  • Ensuring the Core value is to protect Verizon's network reliability, customer services and brand image

  • Collaborating with Strategic Partners to ensure team success.

  • Managing over one million square feet of central office and administrative facilities.

  • Sharing responsibility for multi million expense and capital budgets.

  • Trending, tracking and ensuring all department results are achieved and meeting or exceeding established scorecard KPIs.

  • Ensuring standards for Code of Conduct, ethics, training and safe workplace.

  • Achieving 120 minutes average or less response time for all P1 Work Requests (WR).

  • Completing/stabilizing P1 WR in less than 24 hours.

  • Reducing P1 WR year-over-year with focus on P1 and Preventive Maintenance WR.

  • Meeting or exceeding annual objectives for training.

  • Developing and Implementing Cost Saving Strategies.

What we're looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Three or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.

  • Willingness to travel.

  • A valid driver's license.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Superior oral and written communication skills.

  • Business continuity and Disaster Recovery experience.

  • Familiar with strategic partners.

  • Vendor management experience.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

  • Project management experience.

  • Forward-thinking, and focus on business integrations to drive efficiencies, and streamline processes and implementation of Global Real Estate Property Operations.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $68,000.00 - $123,000.00.
