Job Description

We are seeking a first shift Stockroom Kitter who has previous experience working in a manufacturing environment. The stockroom Kitter will pick the material for orders according to picklist to meet the production requirements while maintaining speed, accuracy, and quality. Other responsibilities may include processing receipts of material in an MRP system, conducting cycle counts of on-hand inventory and general stockroom responsibilities.

Required Skills



  • Able to read, write, and communicate verbally in English.
  • Read pick lists and perform picking and kitting of material.
  • Proficient ability to navigate an ERP or network directory structure and complete transactions.
  • Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented and have excellent organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to respond to frequently changing priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Accuracy when picking and selecting required material.
  • Properly package material to distribute to manufacturing floor and shipping.
  • Perform accurate physical count of material quantity to resolve discrepancies.
  • Comply with all company policies, practices and procedures.
  • Perform other duties and assigned.


Required Experience



  • High School diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience or knowledge of material packaging and handling.
  • Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.


Physical Requirements:



  • Frequently required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
  • Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, couch, and lift boxes, packages and other items up to 35 pounds.
