Warehouse Utility Worker

Join Staffmark as a Warehouse Utility Worker in Plano, TX, and take on a key role in supporting efficient warehouse operations. We're looking for a motivated individual with forklift experience and strong attention to detail to help ensure product flow, dock management, and order accuracy.

Pay: $22.00/hour

Schedule: 1st Shift

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move, load, and receive palletized goods
• Process pick tickets, inbounds, and returns accurately and on time
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow safety standards
• Complete daily activity logs and execute dock schedules
• Monitor inventory, quality issues, and resolve order discrepancies
• Communicate with team, yard staff, and carriers to improve dock flow
• Support palletizing and restocking as needed
• Perform other duties assigned by the Warehouse Manager

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift experience required
• Strong computer skills (SAP, Microsoft Office, Outlook)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to follow shipping/receiving processes
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Flexibility for overtime, off-shifts, and vacation coverage
