Jack Henry is seeking a seasoned Business Consultant with a deep background in professional training, public speaking, and instructional leadership to join its Financial Crimes Solutions department. This role is part of a dynamic Consulting Services team that delivers educational and consulting services to financial institutions using JH Financial Crimes Solutions.

The ideal candidate is a confident educator with a proven track record of designing and leading high-impact training sessions for large audiences-both virtually and in person. Responsibilities include delivering clear, engaging presentations, training clients on product adoption and regulatory frameworks, and fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders across a wide range of financial institutions.

We're looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can adapt under pressure, and communicates with clarity and professionalism-especially in complex or high-stakes settings. Strong interpersonal skills, instructional capability, and expert-level conflict resolution are essential.

Up to 10% travel may be required to attend on-site meetings or trainings.

This position is to be worked remotely within the US or onsite at any of the following Jack Henry locations: Louisville, KY, Allen, TX, Springfield, Mo or Monett, MO.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Conducts product training with newly installed clients on system functionalities and capabilities while addressing all questions and concerns.
  • During engagement, assists with implementation of changes to BSA/Fraud program at financial institutions.
  • Shows exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • Solves practical problems and deals with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Supports customers by utilizing data analysis tools and identifying ways to improve key performance factors.
  • Developing, updating, and maintaining customer-facing educational and support materials to ensure alignment with JH Financial Crimes Solutions release cycles, product enhancements, and compliance standards.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in professional training, teaching, or instructional leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Demonstrated excellence in public speaking and facilitation, including leading large-scale training sessions or educational programs for diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and client engagement skills, with a strong customer service orientation and the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Proven ability to absorb and deliver product-specific training that aligns with JH Financial Crimes Solutions methodologies and operational standards.

What would be nice for you to have:

  • Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth research and leverage data-driven insights to optimize Financial Crimes Solutions (FCS) system configurations.
  • Experience drafting, reviewing, and updating procedural documentation in a timely and organized manner.
  • Strong familiarity with legal, regulatory, and contractual frameworks relevant to financial systems and services.
  • Commitment to continuous professional growth through education, industry publications, and thought leadership engagement.
  • Analytical skills to assess and enhance processes aligned with the FFIEC. BSA/AML Examination Manual and established industry standards.
  • Capability to articulate technical system functions and features in a clear, user-friendly manner for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort navigating enterprise-level software tools.
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities effectively, working both independently and collaboratively across projects and teams.
  • High degree of self-motivation, adaptability, and multitasking skill in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.
