The Impact You'll Make

As our Senior Application Engineer, you'll play a key role in enabling the electrification of heating and refrigeration by supporting the integration of Turbocor oil-free compressors into OEM systems.


Your impact? You'll strengthen our global relationships with OEM partners and internal engineering teams by transforming technical challenges into tailored, high-performance solutions. Your work will directly influence the adoption of sustainable HVAC&R systems, drive customer success, and support global decarbonization goals.


You'll collaborate with global application engineering, product marketing, and R&D teams, and take ownership of customer-facing technical integration and support. You'll help drive a more sustainable, innovative, and customer-centered future

This is an on-site position based in our Turbocor Headquarters in Tallahassee, FL.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the technical integration of Turbocor compressors into OEM chiller and refrigeration systems to ensure high performance and compatibility

  • Provide advanced technical support to OEM customers, including troubleshooting, field issue resolution, and solution development

  • Collaborate closely with internal engineering and product marketing teams to develop tailored customer solutions

  • Manage and document product qualification processes for new designs and applications

  • Maintain strong communication with customers as the primary point of contact for all technical inquiries and feedback

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including manuals, bulletins, and training materials

  • Conduct in-depth training sessions and workshops for internal teams and external partners

  • Drive application projects from concept to completion, ensuring delivery, alignment, and documentation

  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify improvement and product development opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering development, technical support, or product application roles

  • Strong ability to build trusted relationships with global OEM customers and cross-functional teams

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a track record of managing technical complexity

  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%
