Could you be the full-time Quality Technician in New Castle, Delaware we're looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and bring your quality expertise to a dynamic and innovative environment. Reporting to the Quality Manager of the Parts & CRO business unit, you'll play a key role in ensuring product quality and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to inspect products, manage non-conformities, and support quality system enhancements.

We'll look to you for:



  • Performing inspections against drawings and specifications
  • Recording results in digital tools and maintaining quality documentation
  • Leading supplier non-conformity processes and supporting customer inspections
  • Monitoring corrective and preventive actions
  • Ensuring calibration of inspection equipment
  • Supporting continuous improvement and quality system updates


All about you

Key requirements:



  • On-site presence 5 days a week, fully integrated with the work-center team
  • Associate's degree (technical field preferred)
  • 3+ years of quality inspection experience in a similar industry
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, IRIS, CMMI, and quality tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and team collaboration


Preferred skills:



  • Practical knowledge of manufacturing techniques and quality systems
  • Understanding of railway industry standards
  • Experience with SAP and digital inspection tools
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of Alstom systems, drawings, and procedures
