As a Senior Consultant, Patient and Provider Solutions, you will lead and manage product implementations in markets with some of our largest life sciences clients. Our goal is to improve patient and provider satisfaction swiftly and effectively by identifying opportunities and partners for programs that enhance clinical care delivery, address care gaps, and improve quality of care. The client programs you lead will utilize powerful data analysis and carefully designed interventions to deliver insightful analytics and innovative solutions, ultimately enhancing patient wellness, delivering better outcomes, and reducing the total cost of care.

Reporting to: Director, Client Implementation, Patient & Provider Solutions

You will enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Lead and manage a product line within the Patient and Provider Solutions portfolio
  • Manage 3-4 active client engagement programs
  • Deliver client-contracted deliverables within scope, schedule, and budget
  • Provide leadership in client delivery, including program updates and coordination for client inclusion in delivery elements
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned products within the Patient & Provider Solutions portfolio
  • Represent the voice of the customer to provide ongoing thought leadership for go-to-market planning, product roadmap, and support product refinements to the product strategy and development teams
  • Collaborate and contribute to the development of new tools and frameworks that drive efficiency and excellence in delivery
  • Work closely with Clinical Content Strategy, Data Solutions, Business Development, and Enterprise Relationship Management Teams to ensure alignment across the product portfolio

Required Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
  • 8+ years of experience in healthcare, pharma, or consulting, including delivering executive-level presentations
  • 6+ years of experience working with data teams and providing meaningful insights from analyses for clients
  • 6+ years of experience in program management/project management
  • 2+ years of client management and/or business development experience
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel at least 25%


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience working in Optum, UHG, or UHC

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
