We are seeking a highly organized and knowledgeable Benefits Specialist to join our People team. This role will play a key part in adninistering and supporting the compliance, and strategic development of our employee benefits programs globally. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in health and welfare benefits, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional employee experiences.


What You'll Do:

  • Administer and support Global employee benefit plans, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA/HSA, commuter, and Retirement Plan
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee benefit questions, resolving issues and liaising with vendors as needed
  • Assist in the planning and execution of open enrollment, plan renewals, and wellness initiatives
  • Partner with payroll and HRIS teams to ensure accurate benefits deductions and data integrity across systems
  • Assist in managing benefit vendor relationships and monitoring service levels
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, etc.) and support reporting requirements (e.g., Form 5500, ACA filings)
  • Participate in benefits policy updates and communication
  • Support M&A benefits integration, audits, and special projects as needed
  • Assist in reviewing and maintaining plan documents, employee communications, and benefits intranet content
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Legal, and external partners


What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in U.S. benefits administration; global benefits experience is a plus
  • Strong understanding of health and welfare regulations and compliance requirements
  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service mindset
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • CEBS, PHR, or related certification is a plus
