Our SITECH Service Technician is primarily responsible for troubleshooting and providing high quality rebuilds and repairs to respond to customer needs quick and efficiently while ensuring maximum value for work performed on Trimble and SITECH electronic equipment and software. What You Will Do in This Role: Perform all levels of repair and preventive maintenance on technology equipment, including site positioning equipment, GPS guidance equipment and laser guidance equipment Diagnose and troubleshoot problems, give recommendations for repairs and make all critical repairs, adjustments and calibrations on technology equipment Test and verify correct operation of all repairs, adjustments and calibrations made to technology equipment Clean and maintain work area, tools, and equipment to promote a clean and safe work environment Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers on repairs needed and performed Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.
