What You'll Do This position will be located at our Corporate Office: 2355 W Pinnacle Peak Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85027 The RPA Programmer Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, documenting, and implementing automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools to enhance operational efficiency at OneAZ Credit Union. This role focuses on streamlining business processes by creating software robots that mimic human interactions, allowing staff to shift focus to more strategic tasks. Key responsibilities include developing Solution Design Documents (SDD) and Process Definition Documents (PDD), leading automation initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to identify and design RPA solutions, and ensuring scalability, security, and system compatibility. The analyst will also test and monitor automated workflows, manage technical documentation, fix bugs, train users on attended bots, and provide ongoing technical support. Additionally, this role coordinates with internal teams and vendors for system upgrades and continuous process improvement, ensuring high-quality, sustainable automation solutions.
