This position involves operating and monitoring equipment within the cell recycling pilot plant, ensuring peak efficiency while adhering to strict safety guidelines. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to continuously improve recycling systems, contributing to sustainable production processes and innovative solutions. What You'll Do
 
  Operate and monitor diverse recycling equipment, bulk material flow, exhaust and scrubber systems, and water/wastewater systems, including magnetic separation and vibratory systemsStart, stop, and maintain equipment through control software, verifying parameters and trendsSupport new process equipment testing, installation, and commissioningProvide feedback on process equipment performance, highlighting issues and suggesting improvementsTrack process data, collect samples for analysis, and conduct routine operator rounds and system checksCollaborate with engineering and program management to enhance equipment reliability and adjust process parameters for optimizationHandle emergency spill response and cleanup, decontamination of equipment, and breakdown, processing, and packaging of universal waste streamsWhat You'll Bring
