About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team focused on student data analysis in areas of enrollment management and student success. The Data Analyst reports to the Director of BI and Analytics in the Office of Data, Assessment, and Institutional Research (DAIR) and will provided focused support to the Divisions of Enrollment Management (VPEM) of Academic Success and Student Affairs (VP-DASSA) in areas of data collection, analysis, and interpretation of data related to student recruitment, progress, outcomes, and engagement to inform strategies aimed at improving student recruitment and retention, graduation rates, and overall academic success. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working with large data sets, and a passion for using data to drive meaningful changes in higher education. Worksite Description This position is Hybrid eligible. It consists of 3 in office days and 2 work from home days per week. What You'll Need to Succeed Minimum Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications: Education * Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Education, Social Sciences, or related field. Experience * Experience (2-3 years) as a Data Analyst, preferably in higher education or a related field with a focus on student data analysis, such as admission, student success, retention, or institutional research. Skills * Proficient in data cleaning, data transformation, and creating dashboards/reports to present insights.
