This Position is part of a highly qualified team supporting Air National Guard Operations. Works closely with the program team supporting mission objectives; excellent understanding of Operating Systems internals at the server and desktop levels; familiarity with virtualization platforms; in-depth experience areas such as file systems, memory and CPU management, drivers; knowledge of computer hardware architectures. Members of this Service Area answer phone calls to troubleshoot, configure, document, coordinate with customers, and create and resolve ITIL incidents following established guidelines and directives. Manage, ITIL incidents assigned to the Operations Support Service Area and includes, but is not limited to, incidents relating to workstations, servers, server farm management, datawall, and help desk. Verify and make required changes for devices managed by Operations Support according to quarterly STIG updates from DISA. Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
