Knowledge Curator is primarily responsible for the health, velocity, and integrity of the organization's knowledge management methodology, technological systems, and user adoption. The Knowledge Curator plays a critical role in knowledge management, increasing productivity through knowledge management methodology and technology
Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree or six years of experience in related field Minimum Experience Two (2) years technology or corporate legal experience required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong technical knowledge, library, and legal acumen. Verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with all levels of management. Presentation skills necessary to facilitate training and/or deliver information sessions to groups and/or individuals. Project management and organizational skills necessary to manage multiple projects, appropriately prioritize workload, plan for resources to meet deadlines and goals, and respond to day-to-day functional needs. Ability to anticipate and identify problems and use sound judgment and fact-based analysis to develop effective and efficient solutions. Preferred Qualifications: Oversees legal knowledge content management, ensuring accuracy and relevancy across platforms. Acts as central liaison for knowledge systems and framework development. Evaluates and updates articles, emails, and submissions. Requires experience in knowledge management systems, employment law, litigation, legal operations, and the creation and maintenance of job aids. Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement. Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $6,168.90/month - $13,571.58 /month Additional Details: This is a hybrid position located in either Pittsburgh, PA or Memphis, TN.
