Description

This position is responsible for providing support and servicing of leases and loans in the Equipment Finance portfolio and will be responsible for assisting officers and customers with customer support needs. The RMA will coordinate processes and documentation pertinent to the relationship in a fashion which complies with regulatory and bank policies.

What The Role Is



  • Supply daily customer service support to assigned Equipment Finance Relationship Managers in assigned markets and work with bank relationship managers and assistants on an as needed basis
  • Perform system input of customer information when a new request for credit is submitted and approved
  • Complete due diligence throughout the transaction life cycle including but not limited to: input, document preparation, lien perfecting and final booking upon receipt of customer executed documents
  • Execute GL booking entries, vendor funding's via wire transfer or cashier's check as needed and system review of contract input data-post booking
  • Process Non-Replenishing Lines of Credit entries, balancing of these accounts and vendor funding's as presented
  • Maintain and clear all CIP, credit, insurance and policy exceptions
  • Cover phone calls and customer meetings as necessary and keep manager informed of all activities within department
  • Promote the bank's products and services
  • Build and maintain positive relations with all customers, potential customers and co-workers
  • Perform as a team member in allocating and coordinating the workflow
  • Contribute to the fulfillment of department and company objectives and goals
  • Comply with all department and company policies, procedures and regulations
  • Remain current on all pertinent commercial lending and other financial institution-related laws and regulations
  • Attend staff and management meetings as needed
  • Other duties as assigned


Education/Experience:



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two (2) years' experience in banking preferred
  • Stable job history

  • Exceptional verbal, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented and able to follow set guidelines
  • Ability to read and comprehend documents
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to calculate basic financial figures and amounts
  • Proficient in computer skills and knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, internet, e-mail, database, presentation, and project software (Microsoft Office)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to complete detailed work
  • Ability to enter data correctly using keyboard, typewriter and calculator
  • Ability to operate general office equipment
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
