Responsibilities

Job SummaryHonorHealth Foundation is seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Campaign Manager to lead and execute a comprehensive fundraising campaign that will find cures, save lives, and transform healthcare in our community. This leader will be responsible for managing all aspects of the campaign, ensuring seamless coordination among internal teams, donors, board members, and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a proven fundraising professional with experience managing large-scale, multi-year campaigns and working closely with executive leadership, volunteers, and major donors. Essential Functions
  • Campaign Leadership & Strategy - Develop and implement a multi-year campaign strategy with clear goals, benchmarks, and timelines. Partner with executive leadership, board members, and key stakeholders to drive campaign vision and execution. Ensure seamless integration of major gifts, corporate partnerships, annual giving, foundation grants, and planned giving into campaign efforts. Monitor and analyze campaign progress, providing regular reports and recommendations for course corrections.
  • Fundraising & Donor Engagement - Work closely with the CEO, SVP of Development, and key volunteers to develop strategies to cultivate and solicit gifts. Develop tailored engagement strategies for top prospects, major donors, and corporate partners. Coordinate donor recognition and stewardship efforts to strengthen long-term relationships.
  • Operational & Team Management - Lead cross-functional campaign teams, ensuring alignment between marketing, donor relations, finance, and development teams. Manage campaign budgets, tracking expenses, and optimizing resources. Oversee prospect research and donor pipeline management to identify new funding opportunities. Collaborate with communications teams to develop compelling campaign materials, messaging, and events.

Education Bachelor's Degree - RequiredMaster's Degree - Preferred Experience
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in fundraising, nonprofit leadership, or campaign management. Proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns ($100M+ preferred). Deep understanding of major gifts, planned giving, corporate and foundation fundraising. Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage high-level donors and stakeholders. Strong project management, budgeting, and analytical skills. Experience managing volunteers, board members, and internal teams to drive campaign success - Required
  • CFRE certification or equivalent experience in nonprofit fundraising. Familiarity with healthcare philanthropy and capital campaigns. Experience with CRM donor databases (Salesforce, Blackbaud, etc.) - Preferred
