This Global Capacity Sizing Specialist is part of the Global Supply organization. This position is responsible for providing volumes and capacity requirements to purchasing for sourcing. This role must partner with other cross functional organizations in all regions (purchasing, demand planning, engineering, supply chain new programs, supplier quality, regional supply) to obtain the required inputs needed to achieve these calculations.

Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:



  • Analyze monthly long term plan (LTP) , detect discrepancies, create reports to support volume updates
  • Participate in kick-off meetings with stakeholders (purchasing, engineering, etc.)
  • Update IT systems and tools (GST, Excel/PowerBI) to ensure correct capacity is considered in the sourcing process
  • Coordinate with sourcing stakeholders when inputs are missing
  • Assist purchasing during sourcing phase with queries related to volumes and capacity
  • Update weekly sourcing plan status for business review with management and supply chain new programs team(s)
  • Coordinate team (Capacity, Purchasing, Engineering) for carryover studies
  • Provide full reports of sourced capacity to regional team(s) at end of sourcing phase
  • Support analysis for capacity studies (sizing activity)

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 4 years of supply chain experience
  • Ability to present information clearly to internal and external stakeholders globally
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Advanced Data Skills (PowerBI dashboard creation, SQL query)


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Second language (French/Italian/Portuguese)
  • Understanding of existing regional tools: SCR tool (excel), PVS (excel), PVS & COPS (systems), Purchasing sourcing tools (GST and future eProcurement) and Product Development Process
  • Strong analytical & data management skills
  • Flexible mindset
