Description

The ADH Secretary provides a variety of administrative, secretarial, and clerical support services to management and clinical team. Serves as the initial contact for information and referral phone calls, providing information about the Adult Day Health Program and making internal and external referrals as appropriate.

Adult Day Health is part of the Providence PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) that strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible living in the community through clinics, home visits and more. Required qualifications:



  • upon hire: In Compliance with the Department of Human Services (DHS), criminal background check is required for this position, based on assigned duties. Fingerprinting may also be required.
  • 3 years Experience in an administrative and/or progressively responsible secretarial position.


Preferred qualifications:



  • Experience with triaging information and referral calls.

About the Team

Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.
