The Early Childhood Innovation Center (ECIC) and the Institute for Human Development (IHD) at the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) Job Description
ECIC is seeking an experienced and resourceful leader to become the Project Coordinator for the Missouri Quality Assurance Report (QAR) project. This role is highly collaborative and is a key contributor to the successful development, implementation, and expansion of the QAR. This position will drive this quality initiative through state-wide implementation while working closely with project funders. The Project Coordinator will:
Reporting Structure: The Program Coordinator reports directly to the ECIC Associate Director. This position supervises the Team Leads assigned to the project. Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 5 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications
A Master's degree in early childhood education, child development, or closely related field. Demonstrated relevant experience that provides the following knowledge, abilities, and skills:
Anticipated Hiring Range
Anticipated starting salary of $80,000 annually commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity. Application Deadline
