ARES has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage, supervise, and oversee all contract efforts in support of BGIF BOSS Contract. Serve as Program Manager for execution of the contract, updating the government and other stakeholders on the contracts progress.
  • Primary interface with Government leadership on daily activities of Contractor work efforts. Develop and deliver Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) documenting status, issues, concerns, monthly funds status, etc. for the overall contract.
  • Prepare, deliver, and conduct monthly Management Reviews (MRs) with the government team covering topics including, but are not limited to, overall program status, program issue identification and discussion, Action Item (AI) resolution, scheduling, funding, ODC procurement plans and status, and other topics as required.
  • Act as the single source of programmatic knowledge and ownership of assigned work across the contract managing and coordinating personnel and resources to execute necessary actions to execute tasks and work functions on the BOSS contract.

EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:

  • Ability to manage, coordinate, oversee, and execute all contract efforts including interfacing with Government leadership.
  • Ability to manage, coordinate, and execute the preparation and delivery of BOSS Contract deliverables including Contract Funds Status Reports (CFSR) for the overall contract, Progress Reports, Monthly Status Reports, and quarterly procurement reports.
  • Ability to manage, coordinate, and deliver personnel and resources to execute necessary actions, tasks and work functions on the BOSS contract.

Education:

  • At a minimum, the program manager shall have a master's degree in management or related engineering field, 10 years of industry-related experience, and possess a current TS Clearance with SCI Eligibility.
  • 5 years of additional industry experience with similar scope of functions as the BOSS contract shall be considered as a substitute for a master's degree.
