Job Description: As a Flight Attendant Crew Planning Analyst at Southwest Airlines, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Flight Attendant workforce. This position is responsible for creating, publishing, and awarding monthly schedules, while also collecting and analyzing key data across Crew Operations, including Planning, Scheduling, Payroll, and Training. Your insights will directly support decision-making models, business rule enhancements, and ongoing initiatives that improve Crew management processes. In addition to maintaining and enhancing tools and systems, you'll collaborate with Leaders to support business justifications and respond to ad-hoc requests. This role is essential to optimizing crew operations and ensuring our Flight Attendants are set up for success; helping Southwest deliver the reliable, People-first service we're known for. Pay & Benefits: Competitive market salary from $74,950 per year to $83,300 per year* depending on qualifications and experience.
