Farnsworth Group is seeking a
Construction Resident Engineer in one of the posting locations below. You will have an opportunity to work in the field on road and bridge construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a field staff in contract management, administration, field engineering services and coordination of a mid to large size heavy highway construction projects. The candidate shall possess a strong background in construction management with residential streets, highways, bridges, utility relocation, trunk water main/sewer, retaining walls, stormwater pollution prevention implementation, traffic control review and related facilities. A person in this position is subject to occasional exposure to heavy traffic or adverse weather conditions. There are often interruptions to the work routine and must be able to think clearly and act effectively under these conditions.
