Job Description The Director of Rooms is responsible for the performance of the Rooms Division, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Villa Management & Services and Guest Services. The successful candidate demonstrates their ability to produce balanced financial, guest experience and associate satisfaction outcomes. Responsibilities
Oversight of all front office operations including front desk, concierge, bell/door associates and valet parking operations (outsourced) along 4/5 star guidelines
Tracking goals and objectives for all areas of responsibility by department. Formulate new and fine tune existing goals Qualifications
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability communicate effectively and professionally with associates, guests, leaders and other stakeholders. PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. WORK ENVIRONMENT While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; risk of electrical shock; and vibration.
