This position represents the corporate office in a professional and courteous manner by ensuring that all callers, visitors, customers, and vendors are greeted professionally and efficiently, and are directed to the appropriate personnel.

This position would cover Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., with flexibility to expand hours during weeks with major events or high-traffic meetings.

Primary responsibilities include office reception and guest check-in, mail and shipping handling, meeting support such as room setup and ordering refreshments, breakroom and office supply stocking, and general administrative support and basic coverage for the Executive Assistant II.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome on-site visitors, customers, and vendors, determine nature of business and notify appropriate personnel.
  • Receive, sort, and route mail and incoming deliveries for employees.
  • Book conference rooms, organize meeting space, assist with A/V setup, and order food and beverage for clients and corporate visitors.
  • Assist in planning and coordination of office celebrations and events.
  • Submit monthly expense report for corporate credit card.
  • Purchase and stock office and breakroom supplies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor, i.e., filing, copying, collating, record keeping, etc.
  • Act as backup to Executive Assistant II in her absence.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and 3 years' experience; or 7 years' experience in a related field.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 - 2 years customer service experience.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to operate office equipment (i.e., copier, fax machine, etc.).
  • Basic computer software skills.
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time as well as lift boxes and packages.
  • Ability to perform repetitive data entry tasks, manual dexterity.


USD 28.65 - 42.98 per hour

Compensation:

Hourly base pay rate is $28.65 - $42.98/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
