Job Title: Global Customer Call Center Representative
Reports to: Global Call Center Supervisor 100% remote Shift: 11pm - 7:30am - Eastern time zone
The role is M-F, for the aligned shifts, for the first 90 - 180 days. Afterwards, weekend coverage is rotating. Shifts may change to reflect M-T off, T-F, etc. Summary of Essential Functions: We are looking for a competent Call Center Representative to field customer calls and emails, provide information, place parts and consumables orders, create price quotes for services, assign field technicians to sites. With the primary goal to achieve excellent customer service for our customers that drives sustainable business growth. Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
