Position Purpose The Decision Engine Lead leads the delivery efforts to build eligibility strategies in a decision engine. This position will work with a low-code decision engine (e.g. Provenir, Alloy, GDS Link, etc.). This position is responsible for understanding business strategies, evaluating how best to deploy the strategies in the platform, working with cross functional stakeholders, managing priorities, communicating progress, and performing holistic testing to ensure the strategies are deployed with exceptional accuracy. Position Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand details of desired outcomes and ensure accurate implementation
- Craft rulesets and automation of processes
- Formulate rulesets within the decision engine
- Implement automation processes
- Perform comprehensive and holistic testing, checking to ensure outcomes match expectations and debugging, as needed
- Manage overall system performance, including performing risk assessments, developing comprehensive testing strategies, performance tracking, and bug fixes
- Effectively communicate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Work with technical experts to deeply understand platform best practices
- Communicate with business partners to understand detailed business goals/requirements
- Manage overall project deliverables and timelines, ensuring results are delivered on time and with quality
- Coach and guide team members on best practices
Minimum Education and Experience
- 5+ years of experience implementing strategies in a decisions engine
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
- Prior experience in financial services, highly preferred
- Demonstrated experience coding, debugging, and technical problem solving
- Have an ownership mindset and exceptional project management skills
- Relentless persistence in solving problems
- Strong communication skills: ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Working Arrangements
- This is a hybrid role expected to work in office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. You will be able to work remotely on Wednesday.
Compensation
- Base Salary Range: $170,000 - $200,000 annually. Final determination of where you are at in the salary range is based on numerous factors such as relevant experience, skill set, education, and ability to meet qualifications within the job description.
- Additional Compensation: This role will include a yearly annual target bonus based on individual performance.
