We are currently seeking a Director, Growth Marketing to join our Global Professional business.
Your impact on the team:
The Director, Growth Marketing will be the strategic and operational lead for driving awareness and interest for our new digital subscription products across McGraw Hill Professional's global medical student markets. In this role, you will oversee product-market fit testing, student engagement targeted at B2B enablement, eCommerce tracking, and website leadership for our business unit. The work in this role blends full-funnel social marketing, user insights, content, product feedback, and website optimization to scale the business through a direct-to-student (D2S) and B2B-enabled approach. You will be working collaboratively across Sales, Marketing and Product teams within the business unit and with shared website service Centre of Excellence (COE). You will also lead and coordinate MHP's strategic approach to the website, eCommerce and student influencer programs working in partnership with key stakeholders.
We are looking for a strategic thinker with a bias towards experimentation and execution that will work collaboratively across a matrixed environment. If you have an analytical mindset and can balance data with empathy and brand strategy, we would like to meet you.
This role reports to the Vice President of Marketing & International Sales and works remotely from a home office. Travel is required up to 25 percent of the year for events and meetings. Candidates may reside in North America or Great Britain. Candidates that reside in the Central Time Zone and Eastern Time Zone are highly preferred.

We're looking for someone with:
The approximate pay range for this position in the United States is between $100,000 - 150,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. An annual bonus plan is included as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
