I've seen a lot of candidates this round as well as the last time we filled this position with the title SharePoint Admin or Developer, but when you talk to them about their experience, they only really know content management: 3+ years of experience in design and maintenance of MS SharePoint Experienced in installing and configuring SharePoint server/web sites. Experienced in installing and configuring Service Applications. Experienced in configuring, managing, and maintaining managed accounts. Experienced in configuring SharePoint service accounts. Experienced in share point database backups and restore. Experienced in power shell or SharePoint management shell scripting. Experienced in installing Microsoft updates for SharePoint. Experienced in content management. Experienced in troubleshooting SharePoint server and web site issues. Certifications must meet DoD 8140 for computing environment requirements.
