As a CNC Technician you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives! Primary Responsibilities Translate specifications into computer commands so machines can perform the correct function Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet requirements Monitor machine operation to detect any problems or errors Perform routine machine maintenance and repair minor damages Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications Maintain detailed records for each job, including materials used, machine settings, and quality control results Ensure the CNC machine operates in accordance with the guidelines of the company Manage and update CNC programs as needed Adherent to all safety and health regulations Maintain a clean and organized workspace Qualifications Must be CNC certified Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day.
