Meet the Team Cisco is building a unified, AI-native management platform that brings together Networking, Security, Observability, Collaboration and more into a single, coherent platform experience. You'll join a small, highly motivated platform team that is partnering across Cisco. We ship iteratively, measure outcomes, and obsess over customer and partner time-to-value. You'll collaborate daily with Engineering, Design, Data/AI, Customer Experience, Sales, and Strategy, plus external tech partners. You'll also coordinate with exec sponsors across business units to land cross-portfolio initiatives at scale. Your Impact You will define and drive the platform that lets customers discover, configure, secure, observe, and automate their Cisco estate from one place-powered by agentic, AI-driven workflows. Own the platform vision and roadmap for a single management pane that unifies Cisco products and third-party integrations. Define platform primitives (tenancy, identity and access control, policy, events, data models, workflow orchestration, extensibility, marketplace). Lead AI-native experiences: recommendations, autonomous remediation, natural-language, and agentic workflows that learn from practitioner actions. Drive cross-BU alignment on APIs, telemetry, and policy so products "snap in" to the platform with consistent UX and lifecycle. Partner with design to deliver an opinionated, progressive-disclosure UX that scales from quick tasks to complex operations. Validate with lighthouse customers; set adoption, and TTV targets; instrument the platform for actionable metrics. Build cases and pricing/packaging proposals with Finance, Legal, and GTM; enable field, CX, and partners for launch. Run alpha/beta/GA programs; lead backlog and phased delivery across multiple teams; ship value continuously. Minimum Qualifications 12+ years in product management (or equivalent), including platform or cross-portfolio products. Confirmed delivery of multi-product or ecosystem platforms (APIs, data models, identity/policy, extensibility). 3+ years building AI-powered product experiences (e.g., retrieval-augmented assistants, recommendations, or automation). Fluency with cloud architectures (multi-tenant SaaS, microservices, data pipelines, eventing) and observability/security basics. Strong partner leadership across engineering, design, CX, sales, partners, and executive forums. Preferred Qualifications Background spanning networking, security, observability and lifecycle management at enterprise scale. Experience with policy engines, automation/orchestration, and agentic workflows. Comfort defining critical metrics and running evidence-based roadmaps. Excellent narrative and storytelling skills; ability to simplify complexity for executive and customer audiences. Why Cisco?
