Responsibilities
Print Team As a Claims Support Print Associate your day may include working behind the scenes to manage an average of 5.8 million pages in print queues per month. Your day may also involve sharing work across all sites and packaging and mailing claim related documents - including drafts, letters and print bundles in a team environment. This includes:
- Providing administrative assistance to claim handlers and leadership by assisting in the completion of delegated tasks through collaboration with internal and external customers.
- Performs routine but varied duties requiring a variety of office skills and procedural knowledge in direct support of associates involved in the handling of claims.
- Keys claims data information into various operating systems
Where You'll Work: This is a fully in-office role. We are located in Alpharetta, GA. Hours of Operation: The anticipated hours of operation will be 7:00am - 7:00pm. As such, depending on the customer time zone and employee office location, employee shift may fall outside of 7:00am - 7:00pm employee time. Employees may be expected to work in a rotating shift environment including irregular hours, weekends and holidays based on workload and job requirements. Employees' work schedules may change based on business need.
Qualifications
Competitive candidates must demonstrate the following:

- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office software
- Ability to pull and file from a 5-drawer filing cabinet or open shelving system (requires bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting objects typically weighing no more than 25 lbs.)

- Employees must successfully complete all required training, including applicable licensing exam(s) and background checks required of various state(s).
- State Farm recently implemented new pre-employment assessments. Candidates that have previously taken an assessment may be asked to participate in additional testing

- Potential starting salary range: $42,315.00 - $45,290.63 ($21.00 - $22.48/hour).
- Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience
- High end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience
- Potential yearly incentive pay up to 9% of base salary
