Job Description

YOUR OPPORTUNITY


We have an exciting Maintenance Clerk opportunity in our Guymon, Oklahoma processing facility. In this highly impactful role, you will be responsible for the administrative support and primarily data entry. You will be processing work orders for the maintenance department and serving as a resource for the maintenance team to ensure work orders are prioritized to maintain the operation.

RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Processes and prioritizes work orders in a timely manner for the maintenance department
  • Reviews timecards for department employees ensuring accuracy and follows up with supervisors on discrepancies
  • Supports senior management with time off requests for all employees in the department
  • Collaborates and works with human resources on position vacancies within the department
  • Manages and schedules appointments with vendors to ensure to minimize disruption to the department
  • Maintains all department manuals and standard operating procedures
  • Prepares reports and presentations for the department
  • Serves as a liaison between the maintenance department and all other departments in the facility
  • Maintains all maintenance records and reports in accordance with department standards
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned by the supervisor or senior department leadership

QUALIFICATIONS



  • Minimum of high school diploma; associates degree in businesses or technical field preferred
  • Knowledge of a variety of computer applications i.e. word processing functions, spreadsheets and database applications
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of work order flow and processes
  • Attention to detail


WORK ENVIRONMENT



  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to move around the facility.
  • The employee must regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Primarily an office environment with some need to work in the field.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts; and in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and vibration.
  • The noise level in the work environment is dependent on which environment you are in
  • The hours and days of work are established by departmental needs and at the discretion of management. After-hours, weekends, and overnight travel as requested.
