Job Title: Early Careers Development Program Lead Division: People and Sustainability Reports To: As per Beazley's organization chart Key relationships: Program Participants, Talent Acquisition, Business Partners, External Partners Job Description: The Learning and Development (L&D) team comprises a diverse mix of experts specialising in transformation, early careers, and regional generalists. We are seeking a dedicated Early Careers Programme Lead to oversee and enhance our early careers initiatives across North America. This role is crucial in supporting the development of junior talent and ensuring the success of our early careers programmes. Areas of focus include: Talent Development:Coach early-in-career talent (graduate and internship) throughout their development programmes, offering guidance and feedback to support their career goals and skill expansion. Act as a visible role model, continuously seeking to improve the programmes, and actively engage with alumni to track their career progression. Training and Development:Create and deliver training programmes that support the development of talent within and across all Early Careers Development Programmes, partnering with the broader L&D team to align goals and messaging. Operational Excellence:Manage the end-to-end process for in-region talent, including onboarding, induction, development, and transition from early careers programmes, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience for participants. Programme Evaluation:Run reports and analyse data to feed into the L&D dashboard, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement of early careers programmes. Data and Analytics:Utilise data insights to support programme evolutions, focusing on opportunities to expand across regions, product lines, business areas, and talent pools.
Recruitment Support:Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support the recruitment process, including participating in interviews, assessment centres, and attending career fairs. Personal specification: Skills and competencies:

The Rewards
Salary for this role will be tailored to the successful individual's location and experience. The expected compensation range for this position is $80,000-$90,000 per year plus discretionary annual bonus. Don't meet all the requirements?
