Your Opportunity as a Manager, Revenue Growth Management - Sweet Baked Snacks

In this role you will support the creation of the annual RGM plan to leverage the power of our brands resulting in industry leading growth through pricing, promotion, and price pack architecture strategies. You will execute these dynamic financial plans to achieve results through flexible thinking, creative solutions, and bold execution. You will be a positive influence bringing sound financial analysis to support in market strategies including customer level programs. You will build and develop cross-functional relationships and workstreams within the Customer Category Business (CCB) teams.

Location: Orrville, OH (Close proximity to Cleveland/Akron)

Work Arrangements: Hybrid - onsite a minimum of 9 days a month primarily during core weeks as determined by the Company; maybe more as business need requires

In this role you will:

  • Lead the execution of the RGM financial plan to deliver growth while working closely with Sales, Finance, Customer Commercialization, and other key cross functional stakeholders.

  • Create RGM financial analysis models to support best in class execution

  • Support the creation of RGM strategy that will unlock revenue growth over a 3-5-year horizon including identifying trends or opportunities for sustainable growth

  • Support the modeling and execution of Pricing Actions, Price Pack Architecture, and other RGM related financials activities.

  • Identify business synergies aligning with various cross functional teams (Sales, Brand, Finance, Supply Chain, Insights, etc.)

  • Lead portions of cross functional workshops to share hypotheses and opportunities

  • Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytical tools

  • Develop cross functional relationships with key stakeholders within the Sweet Baked Snacks SBA

  • Collaborate with other members of the RGM teams across business units to support the development of new capabilities

  • Support financial analysis projects as needed including P&L modeling, financial budget review, optimization activities, and account level review.

What we are looking for:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Accounting or Finance preferred)

  • 7+ years of Finance, Sales or Insights experience

  • Strong technical skills in Excel, Power Point, Spotfire, IRI or AC Nielsen (POS and Panel)

  • Execution minded, energetic self-starter with ability to collaborate strategically

  • Strong understanding of business fundamentals (RGM, PPA, P&L, etc)

  • Experience with complex excel financial models

  • Creative problem-solving skills and flexible critical thinking capability

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to interact with all levels of management and constructively challenge status quo

  • Capability to lead strategic reviews and gain cross-functional team input and alignment

  • Ability to drive change management across the organization

  • Ability to derive insights from analysis and research

  • Ability to create advanced analytical models to optimize growth

  • Ability to fully understand how the consumer, shopper, customer and JMS all benefit from our work

  • Willingness to learn and master new concepts

Additional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role (not required):

  • CPG experience and understanding of customers
