Job Summary The Digital Marketing Associate will support the Director of Digital Marketing with digital marketing and search engine optimization (SEO) strategy and execution on Guidewell's digital acquisition platforms. The Digital Marketing Associate assists in the prioritizing, coordinating, resourcing, and implementing digital marketing tactics across GuideWell brand websites and other digital assets, working with the rest of the digital marketing team and our internal stakeholders to field requests and transform objectives into actionable strategies. The Marketing Associate also works on digital marketing analytics reporting, additional project tasks and implementation services as needed. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and continuously improve digital marketing and SEO strategies
- Develop and execute upon a framework for determining keyword and content prioritization; partner with segment owners, copywriters and other internal stakeholders to develop and implement content that supports SEO efforts
- Monitor and analyze performance using platforms such as Google Analytics and Conductor; provide insights to internal stakeholders and identify opportunities and areas for improvement using dashboards and reports created in Looker Studio
- Research and identify technical fixes and opportunities that will drive improved SEO; partner with IT to ensure improvements are implemented correctly
- Stay up-to-date on ever-changing marketing trends in order to understand and leverage best practices for digital marketing and SEO
- Support the Assistant Digital Marketing Manager in the organization and prioritization of incoming requests for the digital marketing team and implement those requests or assign them to other team members as needed. Works within the team's project management and content management systems to ensure incoming requests are being managed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist other digital marketing team members with digital marketing tasks and projects as needed
- Ensure partners, stakeholders and requestors have a strong understanding of the digital marketing team's processes and requirements and follow them, providing all necessary assets for each submitted request
- Ensure consistency of content, design, imagery, and visual components across GuideWell brand websites
- Manage, organize and update team documents, including standard operating procedures and copy decks for key sections of the site, as needed
What is required?
- 1+ years related work experience. Experience Details: Digital marketing and SEO coordination, planning and tactical experience
- Related Bachelor's degree or additional related equivalent work experience Brand, marketing, communications or in related field
- 1+ years related work experience in marketing for digital platforms and associated analytics
- Experience with both technical and content-driven SEO
- Demonstrated knowledge of how to create, test and optimize digital content
- Desire to develop deep understanding of marketing
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and handle meeting deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Willingness to collaborate effectively in dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environment
- Willingness and eagerness to learn, adopt new technologies and solutions, and take on new opportunities
- Proficieny in using Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a project management platform
- Experience working within a content management system
- Experience working within Conductor or similar SEO and content marketing platform
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Data Studio / Looker Studio
- Experience working with and coordinating multiple clients and stakeholders
- Ability to resolve issues and barriers
- Ability to build relationships within partners and stakeholders across the organization and external partners
- Business acumen of project planning and implementation

Typical Annualized Hiring Range: $47,000 - $56,200 Annualized Salary Range: $47,000 - $73,100
Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
