What You Will Do: The Temporary Student Development Coordinator supports holistic student learning and engagement through the coordination of student development programs, digital engagement platforms, and assessment initiatives. This role manages the InvolveU platform to enhance student organization and event participation, develops and trains student leaders to facilitate peer-to-peer conversations, and supports divisional assessment, communications, and operational functions. Reporting to the Assistant Dean of Student Development, this position contributes to a dynamic and student-centered co-curricular experience that promotes leadership, reflection, and personal growth. This position is temporary through December 19th, 2025 or other date as determined by administration. Essential Responsibilities Management, Oversight, and Technical Support for the InvolveU Engagement Platform
Oversee day-to-day operations of the InvolveU platform, ensuring accurate and effective tracking of student organizations, events, and participation.
Student Development and Facilitation Support for Knowledge Exchange Programming
Coordinate Student Affairs Assessment and Learning Outcomes
Support Student Communications and Division Operations
Other Administrative Responsibilities

Additional information regarding full-time staff benefits can be found here. The salary range of the grade for this position is $41,429 to $58,000 annually. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate. Offers are based on multiple factors permitted by law, including but not limited to: budgetary considerations, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, market considerations, tenure and standing with the university (applicable to current employees), and internal equity.
