Manufacturing company is looking for an HR Generalistto join a collaborative HR team and help shape a positive, productive work environment across a diverse portfolio of brands. This individual will play a key role in talent support and internal operations; including hiring logistics, engagement programs, payroll coordination, compliance documentation, benefits administration, and employee development. With a focus on learning and growth initiatives, this role will partner closely with internal teams to support the full employee lifecycle. Occasional travel (up to 10%) may be required.

What You'll Do:

Team & Talent Support

  • Maintain and organize employee records and assist with the roll-out of people policies.

  • Act as a resource for general HR questions and ensure smooth internal processes.

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure seamless transitions.

Talent Acquisition Logistics

  • Support hiring efforts through interview coordination, communication with applicants, and scheduling.

  • Assist in sourcing and outreach for new talent.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers on candidate selection processes.

People Engagement & Culture

  • Help plan and execute initiatives that build morale and community (e.g., recognition programs, social events, surveys).

  • Monitor team feedback and support improvements in workplace culture.

Reporting & Recordkeeping

  • Prepare accurate reports for headcount, payroll activity, and HR compliance.

  • Track training participation, onboarding metrics, and HR audit readiness.

Payroll & Compensation Support

  • Assist with data entry, adjustments, and validation of payroll inputs.

  • Help resolve pay-related discrepancies in coordination with the payroll provider.

Benefits & Compliance

  • Provide support for employee benefits programs and answer questions related to coverage, eligibility, and enrollment.

  • Help maintain compliance records and support reporting obligations (e.g., EEO data, ACA tracking).

Vendor & Invoice Oversight

  • Monitor and process HR-related invoices and ensure accurate reconciliation.

  • Liaise with external service providers as needed.

Learning & Development Focus

  • Coordinate training calendars, schedule sessions, and support content delivery.

  • Monitor completion and track the effectiveness of development programs.

  • Partner with team leads to identify skills gaps and build resources for professional growth.

Cross-Brand Collaboration

  • Serve as an internal resource across multiple business units, adapting HR support as needed.

  • Ensure alignment in practices and share insights across teams.

Travel

  • Occasional travel (up to 10%) to other locations may be necessary for team support and events.

What You Bring:
  • BAin Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in a people operations or HR generalist-type role.

  • Familiarity with full-cycle HR processes, including talent logistics, benefits, payroll coordination, and compliance.

  • Exposure to learning and development or compensation programs is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication and the ability to work across teams.

  • Comfort juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
