Your Job

We're looking for a Manufacturing Technician to help improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. In this role, you'll optimize shop floor processes, support engineering changes, and work closely with cross-functional teams to speed time-to-market for new products. Your efforts will directly boost production capacity, drive cost savings, and advance continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers clear growth opportunities into senior technician, process engineering, or operations leadership roles as you build expertise and contribute to strategic projects.

What You Will Do

• Conduct run-time studies and optimize build processes to increase shop floor capacity
• Standardize and update operating procedures (SOPs)
• Support engineering changes, including documentation updates and vendor transitions
• Develop and implement workflow optimizations and fixturing solutions
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability of new products
• Communicate effectively with production, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve issues and align priorities.
• Track and report on process improvements, cost savings, and project milestones
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and reduce non-conformance risks
• Train new technicians or operators on SOPs, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and participate in audits or risk assessments.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Associate's degree or equivalent in a related technical field (manufacturing, engineering technology, etc.)
• Experience with manufacturing processes, process documentation, and basic engineering principles

What Will Put You Ahead

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Experience with ERP systems, lean manufacturing tools, and CAD platforms (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Demonstrated success in workflow optimization, fixturing, or process improvement projects
