Position: Senior Accreditation & Reg Compliance Specialist

Location: Mercy Hospital STL - Ballas Campus

Shift: FT 40/hrs per week

Overview:

The Senior Accreditation & Regulatory Compliance Specialist is responsible for assisting in the development and facilitation of a comprehensive continuous survey readiness program. The program will include integrating standards/regulations into Mercy's ongoing accreditation and regulatory compliance efforts and developing consistent processes as it relates to the standards.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree

Experience:

* 5 years' experience in healthcare industry, including experience with accrediting and regulatory compliance (State, Federal and Joint Commission)

Preferred Education: Master's degree.

:* Demonstrated initiative in achieving strategic goals and objectives

* Strong leadership and organizational skills

* Excellent oral and written communication skills

* Solid understanding of how to use data to analyze processes and measure outcomes

* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment
